Use cases

Look up agreements in Teams
The same principle as Slack: Gescon reads the authorised channels and cites the exact message.
Operations
«What was agreed in the project channel about the deadline?»
Gescon finds the thread in Teams and quotes the message where the agreement was closed.
Support
«Has this error already been reported in any channel?»
Searches the authorised channels and returns previous threads about the same symptom.
Management
«Summarise this week's management channel for me.»
A summary by topic, with unresolved threads.
HR
«What was communicated in the general channel about the new policy?»
Quotes the exact message and who posted it.
